SALE TERMS

All horses owned and sold by Howling Hills Hancocks, Brad and Tara Body are guaranteed to have all their AQHA Paper work in order. All foals are eligible for registration with AQHA and papers will be applied for as soon as possible, pending color determination if necessary.

Prices are in Canadian funds and Canadian buyers must pay GST. We accept cash, money orders and Certified Cheques.

Any horses for sale are healthy and sound to the best of our knowledge unless otherwise stated. Vet checks are welcome at your own expense.

We require a deposit of 50% to mark your colt sold.  Deposits are non-refundable unless your foal gets injured or dies before pick up. Foals must be picked up on or before November 1 of said year, unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.

Howling Hills Hancocks, Quarter Horses, Brad and Tara Body are not responsible for any horse once it leaves the Ranch.
